Thanks for the comment, Margie. No, I don’t think the Mennonite lady’s home kitchen would pass state commercial inspection even if she would submit to allowing a complete stranger into her home. The fact that she had safely fed both her own family and the patrons of Clark’s Pharmacy for twenty years would not be pertinent to a rule book.

May I ask you a question Margie? Have you ever done business with your neighbors without asking the government’s permission first?
